1. Transform. Did you ever bring an image into another
Photoshop document and it is HUGE? You need to size the image down, but when you do a free transform you might not see the handles. Well if you do a
Command+T (Control+T, PC) and then
Command+0 (Control+0, PC) it will shrink the entire image and enlarge your clip board so that you can see the handles.
2. Brush Size. Any tool that uses a brush you can change the brush size just by using the bracket keys "[ Left bracket" will make the brush smaller and the "Right bracket ]" will make the brush bigger. This is so much better than going to the brushes palette all the time.
3. Hex Colors? If you want the
Hexadecimal number from a color in an image all you need to do is get the eyedropper tool (I on the keyboard) and Control+Click or right mouse click on that color. This will bring up a menu, just pick “Copy Color as HTML”. Then in
Dreamweaver you can just paste your new color number.
4. Zoom. To quickly zoom in and out on your document you can press
Command + or -. If you also take your Zoom tool and use it to draw a box around a specific area of an image it will zoom you in right on that section.
5. Selections. To make a complete selection of an image on a transparent layer, just
Comand (Control PC) click on the thumbnail on the layer you wish to select and it will make the selection.
