Photoshop Celebration 2010 Photoshop Odyssey

Russell Brown over at Adobe has always been very funny and a ton of fun to watch when ever he demos any of his newest tips and tricks. Well Russell gave a wonderful presentation at the Adobe Photoshop 20th Anniversary event held last week in California. I is a must watch event, especially if you have been using Photoshop for a while. He gives a very unique old and new tech presentation, this give a whole new meaning to multimedia presentation.

As some of you might know, Photoshop is 20 years old now. Last week there was a lot of celebrations, and looking back over the years to see how much Photoshop has changed and also changed peoples lives. Take a look at this video on the start up crew. Vector Brush Flag

Veerle's Blog is at it again. She has a very nice tutorial on how to create a flag from a brush stroke and it is all vector. This is a real nice look, check it out.

Photographing Children Contest

Over at Photographing Children they are running a Photo Contest with some nice prizes like a copy of Adobe Lightroom, a National Association of Photoshop Professionals Membership. It is a simple set up and looks like fun. Good Luck.

Free Photoshop Brushes

I am a firm believer that you should not re-invent the wheel. Here is a site that has a ton of free Photoshop brushes that you can download and use. There are some cool brushes here and all very useful. Take a look and see what brushes will help you in your next project.
